He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Willey and Agnes Hoskins Willey; and his siblings, Linda St Clair, Sandy St. Clair, Pam Neely, Jim Willey, Steve Willey and Carl Willey.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Princell Willey; his children, Rob Willey (Jenna) and Jane Willey; his grandsons, Seth Willey (Ali), Caleb Willey (Rebecca) and Josh Willey (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Elliana Willey and Hannah Hutton; his niece Branda Anderson; and his sister-in-law Leota Willey.
