She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Fisher and Inez Troxel Fisher; and her son-in-law Michael F. Fischer. She is survived by: her husband Philip A. Harlow; her children, Philip A. Harlow (Susan) of Louisville and Victoria L. Fischer of Columbus; her grandchildren, Zachary Fischer (Nicole), Holly Fischer, William Hipple (Amanda), Michael J. Fischer and John Fischer; and her great grandchildren, Lily Fischer, Ella and Eden Hipple.

Memorial contributions may be given through the funeral home to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
