She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Meadows and Margie Carolyn Meadows (Collins); her daughter Terry Densford; her brother Russell Meadows; and her grandson Tyler Wells.
She is survived by: her husband James Garfield Wells; her sons, James Wells (Mindy Osborne) of Commiskey and Joshua Wells (Carri) of Commiskey; her siblings, Billy Meadows of Scottsburg, Susie Colwell of Blocher and Becky Dunham (Marvin) of Scottsburg; and her grandchildren, Gabriel Wells (Paige Davidson) of Commiskey, Delaney Wells of Commiskey, Brantley Wells of Commiskey, Alyssa Wells of California and Nick Densford of Scottsburg.
Memorials may be made in honor of Bonita through the funeral home to Mercy Rescue and Adoption Inc.
