He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavelle Rowlett Carlisle and Gerald Lee "Buddy" Carlisle; his brother Lee Carlisle; his wife Connie; his niece Kathi Carlisle; Bowen Mac Henry.
He is survived by: his nieces, Toni Lea Carlisle Martin of Greenwood and Taffeney Ranee "Bumper" Carlisle Pilman (Jerry); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brittany (John), Alex (Kristin), Gunner (Brooklynn), Greyson, Zoe, Britton and Emmaline; Heath, Delaney and Jesse.
