He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason C. Fugate and Lena Fugate (Riley); and his siblings, Jim, Donald Fugate and Linda McIntosh.
He is survived by: his sisters, Penny Ashley of Paris Crossing and Verna Watts of North Vernon; and his girlfriend Pam Dean of North Vernon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Memorials may be made in honor of Mason through the funeral home for funeral expenses.
