Frank (Hilbert); his in-laws, Robert and Wannetta Hilbert; his siblings, Roman Frank, Theresa Doerflein, Christina Powell, Alvina Turner and Rita Dolan; his daughter-in-law Tanya Frank; his brother-in-law Joseph Wiley; and his nephews, Mark and Bryon Wiley.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Napier (Frank) and Steven Frank (Kimberly (Lowther-Monaghan)); his brother Leo Frank (Penny); and his grandchildren, Alexa Frank, Christopher Frank and Maxwell Napier. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
