He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bergen and Sharron Evans; his wife Lynn; and his son Christian Bergen. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Carl Anderson, Joshua Bergen, Johnathan Bergen and Danielle Escalante-Diaz; his siblings, Belinda Bergen (Lisa), Misha Bergen (Pat) and Jeremy Bergen (Dreama); his niece Bailey; and his nephews, Tyler and Bentley. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
