He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nolty and Iselma Nolty (Cummins); and his sister Juanita Hornsby. He is survived by: his wife Mary Dehner; his children, Marilyn Bachman of Centerville, William Nolty (Debi) of Smithville, Peggy Nolty-Rogers (Dean) of Tucson and Rhonda Day of Connersville, Indiana; and his sister Mildred Studt of Blooming Grove, Indiana.. He is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
