She is survived by: her husband Andrew Frank; her children, Deborah Napier (Frank) and Steven Frank (Kimberly (Lowther-Monaghan)); her siblings, Eileene Wiley (Hilbert), Donna Gansert (Mike) and Nancy Cloyd (Bobby); and her grandchildren, Alexa Frank, Christopher Frank and Maxwell Napier. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
