He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Duff; his parents, McKinley Duff and Esther Duff; and his siblings, Bill Duff and Frances Metcalf.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Duff, Doug Duff (Towanda Tash) and Heather Wiersma (Scott); his grandchildren, Cassie Miller, Justin Mains (Amber Ledgar), Tyler Duff, Brittney Fetterman (Isaac) and Bailey Wiersma; his great grandchildren, George Miller, Easton Mains, Tailyn Duff and Thea Duff; and his brother Larry Duff (Connie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
