He is survived by: his children, Timothy Riggs of Muncie, Stephen Riggs (Lucy) of Noblesville and Allison Crouch (Kisle) of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Lily, Aiden Crouch, Kinley and Abigail Riggs; his sister Sheri Mankin of San Diego, California; and his niece Elyse Mankin of San Diego, California..
