David left this world on September 26, 2025 at the age of 68, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Riggs and Phyllis Ann Timmons Riggs; and his wife Kathy Riggs. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Riggs of Muncie, Stephen Riggs (Lucy) of Noblesville and Allison Crouch (Kisle) of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Lily, Aiden Crouch, Kinley and Abigail Riggs; his sister Sheri Mankin of San Diego, California; and his niece Elyse Mankin of San Diego, California..
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Robbins Funeral Home (1704 N Grand Ave, Connersville, IN 47331).
