She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland K. "Kokie" Hayslett and Wilma Jean Tackett Hayslett; her children, Tara Nicole Frasher and Michael Lee Sherwood; her granddaughter Dakota Lynn Ward; and her sisters, Teresa A. Earlywine, Julie Marie "Tammy" Heath and Rhonda Joyce Hayslett.
She is survived by: her son Stephen Kenneth Sherwood; her grandsons, Michael Scott Sherwood (Amanda), Brian Austin Tyler Jackson and Duncan James Kenneth Jackson (Caitlin); her great grandchildren, Michael Daryn Jay Sherwood, Alexis Jolene Sherwood, Buck Lee Owen Schoolcraft, Drake Jackson, Skyla Jackson, James Jackson, Jadison Jackson, Dakota Jackson, Zenovia Jackson, Mason Crouch, Gage Crouch, Katelyne Richardson and Kirsten Stephens; her great great grandchild Kaysen Richardson; and her sisters, Mary Jobe-Rowe (Lonnie), Pamela Matheny (DJ Loughman) and Lori Powell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Urban Winkler Funeral Home (513 W 8th St, Connersville, IN 47331). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at the Dale Cemetery (801 N Gregg Rd, Connersville, IN 47331).
