He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. McIntosh and Barbara Jean Venable McIntosh. He is survived by: his daughters, Christian King (Ryan) and Mercedes Miller (Alex Tutt); his siblings, Raymond D. McIntosh (Tena) and Billie Jean McIntosh; his nephew Christopher McIntosh; his niece Tia Cornett; and his grandchildren, Magnolia, Nolan, Kinleigh, Lainey and Kyler.
