He is survived by : his siblings, Bille Sue Cavins (Doug) of Tecumseh, Michigan, James A. Elkins (Barbara) of Lenoir City and Ronald D. Elkins (Carol) of Georgetown, Kentucky; and his nieces and nephews, Donna Bailey, Kristina Burke, Amy Canham, Jeff, Marc, Steve and Matt Elkins.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North (205 Eibeck Ln, Williamstown, KY 41097).
