He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Foreman and Maxine Cail Foreman; his sister Margie; his brother-in-law Edwin Turner; his brother Bob; his sisters-in-law, Carol Foreman and Peggy Foreman; his father-in-law David Dungan; and his niece Leann Thorton.
He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Foreman of Andersonville, Miranda Starkey (John) of Rushville and Nathan Foreman (Cassidy) of Connersville; his grandchildren, Kadin Crain, Olivia Foreman, Vivian Starkey, Lillie Foreman, Emmett Starkey and Lincoln Foreman; his brothers, Chuck Foreman (Kathy) of Connersville, Bill Foreman of Connersville, Joe (Vicki Salyer), Richard (Kathy Dungan) and Jeff (Anna Dungan); and his mother-in-law Linda Dungan of Connersville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Robbins Funeral Home (1704 N Grand Ave, Connersville, IN 47331). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fayette County Community Foundation on behalf of the Glenwood United Methodist Church.
