He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Noah and Elva Throckmorton Noah; his former wife Marjorie Waywood Noah; his wife Annabelle Huffman Noah; and his siblings, Carter Noah, Russell "Buck" Noah, Albert Noah, Clarence Noah, Jim Noah, John Noah, Jessie Adams, Retha Kelley and Maxine Grubbs.
He is survived by: his daughter Constance "Connie" Durham (Jamie); his grandson Kyle Risch (Taylor); and his siblings, Donnie Noah (Sharon), Everett Noah (Mary), Larry Noah (Joyce), Julia Kays and Faye Greene (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fayette County Humane Society in Doug's honor.
