She is survived by: her parents, Colin "Pete" Jolliff and Juanita Pierce Jolliff; her husband Mark Higgs of Connersville; her son Anthony Higgs; her grandchildren, Casey Higgs, Landon Higgs, Jaxson Higgs, Damian Higgs, Austin Kennedy, Emmalin Higgs and Brayden Ryals; her siblings, Mark Jolliff (Jane), Tim Jolliff (Lynn), Jean May and Ginger Tipton (Ronnie); Natalie Redd, Jessica Higgs and Mary Friend.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robbins Funeral Home (1704 Grand Ave, Connersville, IN 47331). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
