He is survived by: his wife Mona Stang; his children, John H. Nichols and Julia R. Hensley (Jason); his siblings, John Nichols (Sue), Myrna Carlson, Marsha Baltzell and Melanie Alves (Robert); his grandchildren, Makayla Cope (Dalton), Sharon Sturgeon (Hunter) and Gracelynn Usher (Stevie); and his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Vickers and Colt Sturgeon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
