He is survived by: his children, Ricky Caldwell (Sandra Hurley), Rebecca Johnson (Scott), Regina "Genie" Cotten, Julia Ward (John) and Sherrill Montel (James); his sister Sherry Christensen; and his daughter-in-law Tammy Caldwell.
