He is survived by: his wife Sue Smith; and his children, Christopher Cooksey (Kimberly), Dixie Cooksey-Hendrickson (Richard Lee), Sherry Mullins (JR), Marilyn Pollitt (Mark), Brenda Gradeless (Charles), Lisa Callahan (Jim), Angel Belt, Denver Belt (Janet), Elvis Belt (Lisa) and Andy Belt. He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
