He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Forbes and Ethel Sorrell Forbes; and his sisters, Diana Hattie (Louie), Gena and Reyna Marie Forbes.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Chad Stephens (Lorene) of Cambridge City, Stacy Stephens of Connersville and Connie Geoff (Ryan) of Greenfield; and his siblings, Carolyn Wafford of Connersville, James Hamblin (Reyna) of Tucson, Scott Hepner (Elaine) of Ohio, John Reide of Hammond and Frankie Baker of Virginia.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Robbins Funeral Home (1704 N Grand Ave, Connersville, IN 47331). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
