She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlotte Lamb (Waters) and Herman Lamb; her brother James Lamb; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Lamb, Robert Nobbe, Eugene Nobbe and Harry Fryar.
She is survived by: her husband Paul N. Nobbe Sr.; her children, Paul N. Nobbe, Jr., Brian Nobbe (Quiteria), Pamela Wells (Michael) and Scott Nobbe; her grandchildren, Danielle Nobbe, Briana Nobbe, Kaitlin Webb (Peyton), Jessica Wells, Jamie Eger (Ben), Gabriel Wells, Leila Wells, Victor Wells and Jackson Wells; her great grandchildren, Braeme Gosbert Nobbe, Charlie Kay Webb, Theodore Paul Webb and Eleanor Mae Eger; her siblings, Donnita Rogers, John Lamb and Mark Lamb; and her siblings-in-law, Darlene Nobbe, Shirley Nobbe, Wilma Fryar and Werner Nobbe (Alice). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, it was Joyce's wish that memorial contributions may be made to St. Gabriel Catholic Church Capital Campaign, the Hope Center, Fayette County Cancer Society, or the Daughters of Isabella, St. Rita Circle #63.
