She is survived by : her children, Tammy Schaefer (John) of Jupiter and Randy Smith (Judy) of Connersville; her grandchildren, Jacob Schaefer, Zach Schaefer (Savannah), Gabby Schaefer, Kelsey Smith and Kiley Smith; her brother John David Murphy of Connersville; and her niece Jennifer Murphy.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Showalter Blackwell Funeral Home, Myers Chapel (920 N Central Ave, Connersville, IN 47331). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Fayette County Cancer Society.
