She is survived by: her husband Randy Smith; her daughters, Kelsey (Grant Abel) and Kiley Smith; her siblings, Shirley Wise (Kevin), Joann Borders, Eddie Risch, Helen Edwards, Karen Boulware (Mark Lippincott), Lois Risch, Nancy Barr, Lowell Risch and Rosemary Brown (Mark); and her sister-in-law Tammy Schaefer (John). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Fayette County Cancer Society or St. Gabriel Catholic Church.
