He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Bowen, Sr. and Mildred Loofburrow Bowen; his wife Dotty Dunn Bowen; and his brother-in-law John Cody. He is survived by: his son Larry Bowen (Nancy) of Connersville; his stepdaughters, Gena Ward of Indianapolis, Janie Watson (Gary) of Indianapolis and Pat Jones of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Holly Bowen and David Bowen; his stepgrandchildren, Candace Hobbs, Ryan Watson, Heather Horrocks and Heidi Roberts; and his sister Katherine Cody of Canada. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Robbins Funeral Home (1704 N Grand Ave, Connersville, IN 47331).
