She was predeceased by : her mother-in-law Rosie Tarvin; her brother-in-law Tom Tarvin; her uncle Bill Fay; and her father Donald Ford. She is survived by : her husband Troy Tarvin; her children, Richard "Rick" Tarvin of Connersville and Courtney Andry (Caleb) of Paoli, Indiana; her grandchildren, Cash Andry and Cooper Andry; her mother Jacqueline Ford of Livingston, Texas; her brothers, Donald Ford of Albany and Stephen Ford (Donna) of Conroe, Texas; and her siblings-in-law, Greg Tarvin (Susie) of Corbin, Kentucky, Marty Stenger (Earl) of Brookville and Bridget Tarvin of Connersville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
