She is survived by: her children, Donnie (Teresa Smith), LaDonna (Steve Reinhardt) and Jaycen Smith; her siblings, John Delles and Dawn Lewis; her grandchildren, Zach, Amy Smith, Cassandra, Andy Steele, Leia, Derrick Harrison, Skyler Smith, Matt Richardson, Amber, Cindel Richardson, Joe, James Reinhardt, Terran Smith, Quentin Smith and Caisson Smith; her great grandchildren, Gwyneth Thompson, Emily Sizemore, Owen Sizemore, Sophia Smith, Naomi Smith, Phoenix, Trinitee Steele, Rylin Handy, Zoey, Bentley Harrison, Aryia Harrison, Briden Smith, Sawyer Smith, Kaden Richardson, Jaxon Smith and Bonnie Merkt; her great great grandchild Baylee Thompson; and the father of her children Donald W. Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
