Welch and Elizabeth Welch (Waters); her husband Roy Albert Vaughn; her son Dale Vaughn; her grandchildren, Katie Vaughn and Scott Christian; and her siblings, Edward Welch, John Welch, Chester Welch, Jesse Welch, Ellen Snyder, Effie Ervine, Eva Wright, Mary Nobbe and Elsie May Welch.
She is survived by: her children, Howard Vaughn of Connersville, Gene Vaughn (Teann Duncan) of Carmichael, CA, Noel Vaughn of Greensburg, Sara Vaughn of Connersville and Nina Power. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.
