She is survived by: her children, Adam Hornsby (Bethany Roberts) of Laurel, Mickey Hornsby of Connersville and Ryan Hornsby of Connersville; her grandchildren, Oaklen, Joshua, Serenity, Hope, Little Mickey, Kannon and Colten; and her siblings, Anna Isaacs, Jesse Ladd and Timmy Ladd. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
