He is survived by: his wife Janice Kay Phillips; his children, Jane Fields (Jeff Waller) of Amelia and Scott Phillips (Kirsten) of Connersville; and his grandchildren, Kenneth Fields Jr. of Connersville, Kaylee Bennett (David), Kortlyn Fields, Addison Phillips and Stone Phillips. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
