He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Eugene Wilson and Juanita Gabbard; his stepmother Ruth Wilson; and his nieces, Genia Wilson Charles, April Wilson and Christina Rose.
He is survived by: his children, Sonya Ann Wilson and Michael Shawn Wilson; and his siblings, Ronnie Wilson (Donna), Melody Abrams (Jon) and Vickie Grizzell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
