He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Parsley and Joan Smith Parsley; his wife Mary Jane Parsley; and his niece Nicole Halveland. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandy Mills of Connersville, Candy Tutterrow (Doug) of Fountain City, Tracie Schroeder of Richmond, Indiana and Bryan Parsley (Angie) of Evansville, Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan Hreno (Victoria), Brooke Mills, Kyle Griffith (Lindsey), Mikala Tutterrow, Ashley Parsley, Jeremiah Parsley (Jamie), Taylor Parsley (Lauryn), Abbie Payne (Jacob), Gage Schroeder and Brooklyn Schroeder. He is also survived by several great-nieces, and great-nephews.
