He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray C. and Jessie Williams, Sr. (Ransom); and his siblings, George Williams and Julia Craig. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Williams (Day); his son Gary Williams (Linda) of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Joy Kathleen Williams and Christopher Williams; and his great grandchild Natalie Kathleen Willams.
