He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude D. Moore and Bessie Helton Moore; his wife Hazel Cain; and his siblings, Bill Moore, Chester Moore, Jesse Moore, Inez Cowing, Pearlie Ford, Doris Moore, Lorene Seals and Christean Waddell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ingrid Baney and Vickie Snyder (Tom); his sister Euldean Miller; his grandchildren, Travis Banks (Claudia), Nichole Banks (Denise Stephen) and Jeremy Combs (Alexis); his stepgrandsons, Chad Snyder (Ashley) and Ryan Snyder (Brandy); his great grandchildren, Ashton Harmon (Morgan), Taylor Steele (Cody) and Adaline Combs; and his great great grandchild Olivia Harmon.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Urban Winkler Funeral Home (513 W 8th St, Connersville, IN 47331). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at the Dale Cemetery (801 N Gregg Rd, Connersville, IN 47331).
