She is survived by: her children, Shirley Rutledge, Cindy Smith (Lowell), John Meadows (Gloria) and Duane Meadows; her grandchildren, Windi Krepp (Ben), Penny Nickloy (Thad Thalheimer), Holly Smith, Eric Speyer, Devon Speyer, Mark Smith, Paul Bryant (Liz), Heather Clark (Scotty), Aaron Jones (Samantha), Randy Meadows, Becca Meadows, Allen Meadows and TJ Meadows; her stepgranddaughters, Brandy Carey and Amanda Elliott; and her great grandchildren, Austin Bentley, Taylor Bentley, Landon Cole, Grant Nickloy, Dylan Bryant and Jaxon Speyer.
