He was predeceased by: his sister Jennifer Goecke. He is survived by: his parents, Clovis Hall Jr. and Georgia Marion Godman Hall; his wife ReGina Rae Russell Hall; his daughters-in-law, Cierra Dawn Russell, Brianna Niccole Whitesell and Alexis Jayde Russell; and his siblings, Amanda Messer (Dustin) of Connersville and James Hall of New Trenton, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
