It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Cary Francis of Connersville, Indiana, who passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick J. Francis and Helen E. Thomas Fischesser. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Skip Francis of Albany and Kathy Anderson (Mike) of Clarkston, Michigan; his half-brother Doug H. Fischesser (Becky); his grandchildren, Max, Jack, Bo Anderson and Julia Ann Francis; his brother-in-law Eric Hines (Bev); and his sibling's children, Brad Hines (Mary Beth) and Beth Hines (Sandy).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (729 N Central Ave, Connersville, IN 47331). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at the Dale Cemetery (801 N Gregg Rd, Connersville, IN 47331).
Memorial contributions may be made to the church or the Fayette County Foundation - The Brenda & Hilton Henry Fund in Tom's honor.
