He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick J. Francis and Helen E. Thomas Fischesser. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Skip Francis of Albany and Kathy Anderson (Mike) of Clarkston, Michigan; his half-brother Doug H. Fischesser (Becky); his grandchildren, Max, Jack, Bo Anderson and Julia Ann Francis; his brother-in-law Eric Hines (Bev); his nephew Brad Hines (Mary Beth); and his niece Beth Hines (Sandy).
