He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Leo and Mary Jane Seffrin (Connell); his brother Donald Seffrin; his siblings-in-law, Pat Stivers and James Easton; his sibling's children, Rev. Justin Martin, Kathleen Stant and Ben Easton; his great-nephew Colman Stant; and his friend Jim Hansell.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Seffrin; his children, Walter Seffrin (Christa) and Elizabeth "Janie" Seffrin; his grandchildren, Thomas D. Seffrin, Dustin L. Seeley (Mary Willett) and Katelyn A. Seeley (Andrew Harrelson); his great grandchildren, Gracie L. Seeley and Luke J. Seeley; his siblings-in-law, Monsignor Fred Easton, Beth Martin (Dave) and Caroline Easton; his sibling's children, Martin Seffrin (Gina), Sheila Kelly (Joe) and Aimee Hellem (Rob); his great-nephews, Ben Hellem and Noah Hellem; his great-niece Brooke Perry (Tanner); his friends, Joe Brochin and Terry Worley; Aaron Amos Perry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Robbins Funeral Home (1704 N Grand Ave, Connersville, IN 47331). Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Gabriel Catholic Church (232 W 9th St, Connersville, IN 47331).
