He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred R. Barker and Martha Marie Barker (Lake); and his sister Rhea Dubois (Tom). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lynne Barker of Converse; and his children, Brian Ferrand of Mills River, NC, Michelle Heise (Kurt) of Laura, OH, Teresa Jordan (Mike) of Chrisman, IL, Cindy Hudson (Curt) of Crawfordsville, IN, Kim Barker (Susan) of Converse, IN and Tamara Harnage (Christopher) of Babson Park, FL. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel (1341 N Baldwin Ave, Marion, IN 46952). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service (1341 N Baldwin Ave, Marion, IN 46952).
