He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert J. Sliger and Jean E. Sliger (Mavis); his children, Kristina Sliger of Corunna and Karl Sliger of Corunna; his grandchildren, Kylynn Sliger, Kylur Sliger and Kendra Sliger; and his siblings, Robert Sliger of Corunna and Cynthia Prater (Ralph) of Ashley.
