She was predeceased by : her parents, Marcella Palmer Hall and Carl Connelly Hall; her husband Michael Frank Webb; her brother-in-law Norman Girardin; and her in-laws, Helen and Frank Webb.

She is survived by : her nephews, Adam Stroup and David Lewis; her children, Michelle Reckner (Lee) and Chris Webb (Rachel); her grandchildren, Zoey Webb, Wynn Reckner, Daisy Reckner and Trentin Wayne; her siblings, Kathy Benish (Bob), Bruce Hall, Robin Girardin (John Clark), Phyllis Block Alan (Bill), Judy Dales and Holly Morris (Donnie); and her sisters-in-law, Donna Hall (Marty) and Lisa Hutcheson (Keith). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, family and friends.
