She was predeceased by: her parents, Winston Simpson and Marie Simpson (Winklbauer); and her grandchild Marlo Pauley. She is survived by: her husband Rick Pauley; her children, Nicholas Pauley (Lacey) and Bethany Lefler (Ryan); her grandchildren, Naomi Lefler, Sebashtien Pauley, Theodore Lefler, Evelyn Pauley, Eleanor Lefler, Oliver "Ollie" Pauley and Lachlan Lefler; her sister Dawn Overall; and her pets, Fezzik and Dread. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Gehlbach and Royse Funeral Home (318 East Chestnut Street, Corydon, Indiana 47112). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
