He was predeceased by: his parents, Anderson Turner Skinner and Lillian Elvira Moore Skinner; his wife Phyllis "Jeanette" Wilder Skinner; and his son-in-law Ricky Dykes. He is survived by: his children, Rev. Mark A. Skinner of Lakeland, Florida and Denise D. Hamilton (Curtis) of Corydon; his grandchildren, Jeremy Dykes (Erin), Josh Dykes, Kristen Fowler (Josh) and Kaitlin Frangos (Evan); his great grandchildren, Jacob Dykes, Brady Dykes, Brenna Dykes, Caleb Dykes, Remle Dykes, Marley Dykes, Myrick Dykes, Lillian Fowler, Mason Fowler, Lincoln Fowler, Harper Frangos and Noelle Frangos; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Skinner.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home (201 N Oak St, Corydon, IN 47112). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
