He is survived by: his wife Kathie Lillpop Emily of Corydon, IN; his children, Michelle "Micky" Miller (Matthew) of Corydon, IN and Martin "Marty" Emily of Jeffersonville, IN; his stepdaughter Jayme Schreck (Brian) of Corydon, IN; his grandchildren, Clayton Schreck (Claire) and Sydnie Schreck; and his siblings, Steve Emily of Lake Wales, FL, Tom Emily (June) of Corydon, IN, Randy Emily of Corydon, IN, Shirley Ferriell (John) of Corydon, IN, Lola Watson of Floyds Knobs, IN and Connie Garmon (Paul) of Central, IN..
