He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Pat Kelly and Melvia Jacquline Kelly; his sister Kay Kelly Cook; his wife Sandra Summers Kelly; his siblings, Christopher Kelly (Renata) and Caroline Weatherly (George); his nibling English; and his pet Mercedes.
