It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Lucille Sheckell of Corydon, Indiana, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Schuley and Ruby Sheckell (McGuire). She is survived by : her husband Lawrence Sheckell; her son Larry Sheckell (Angela); her stepsisters, Goldia Roberts, Marietta Strange and Betty Hardin; her grandchildren, Helen Sheckell Clifton and Larry Sheckell Jr.; her friend Howard Miles; and her caregiver Trina Miller. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
