He is survived by: his wife Theresa Cusanelli; his sister Sandy Polanc (Bob); and his children, Nicola'Nick'Cusanelli, Jr. (Tonya), Kadie Owens (Yancey), Julie Clemence (Cody) and Kelly Cusanelli. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial gifts be made to the funeral home for final expenses.
