She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Edward Garvin and Maudie Edna Meadors Garvin; her husband David W. Harter; her son AJ Harter; and her brother Jay Garvin.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Harter (Heather), Melissa Shaffer (Andy) and Gail Wallace (Bryan); her brother Kevin Garvin; her grandchildren, Sarah, Meagan and Liam; and her great grandchildren, Harper and Jacob.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home (201 N Oak St, Corydon, IN 47112). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
