He is survived by: his wife Jennifer K. Smith of Corydon, Indiana; his daughters, Heather K. Smith of Dawson Springs and Ashley M. Smith of Corydon, Indiana; his sisters, Shelley L. Smith of Ramsey, Indiana and Cindy L. Ross of Ramsey, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Madison K. and Jace R. Bumm.
