We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2021, at the age of 92, Dale Eugene Phelps of Covington, Indiana, born in Easton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lyle Phelps and Lila Phelps (Athey); his brother Jerry Phelps; and his son Tim Phelps. He is survived by : his wife Nadine Phelps; his children, Michael Phelps (Sherry) and Tracy (Ray Heck); and his grandchildren, Makayla Phelps, Jordan Phelps and Wade Newhalfen.

Memorial contributions may be given to Snoddy's Coal Creek Cemetery or West Liberty Church of Christ.
